The system
- Independent, freestanding — no fixings, no membrane penetrations.
- Cantilever principle for superior strength and stability.
- Tested to a 3 m post span; intermediate posts at ≤ 3 m intervals.
- Top + mid rail in 48.3 mm galvanised tube.
- Recycled-plastic 22 kg counterweights; double sets at corners and ends.
- Optional kick plates / toe boards where existing upstand is < 100 mm.
- Optional self-closing safety gates for access points.
Durability
- Each connection galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 and ASTM A53.
- Zinc coating 65–85 microns thick.
- Cast clamps with Dacromet coating on tapped holes.
- Carbon-steel grub screws with Dacromet protection.
- Minimal upkeep due to robust corrosion protection.
